Hello! I'm Rachel, a Product Designer and Business Analyst living in the beautiful city of Chicago. I'm from the small city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia but in 2012, I voyaged to the US to pursue my higher education and I've been here ever since.

While my academic journey has been a pretty long one, it has ultimately made me who I am today. I've also had amazing opportunities to gain experience in various industries (such as manufacturing, market research, startups, technology, logistics). Somehow I started off my focus in digital marketing but found a love for technology and design so here I am today.

On the side, I am a casual gamer, tabletop geek, and an advocate for mentorship.
